The Acapulco III
201 freehold apartments, three lifts, well-kept shared areas
A building with history
Under the building's statutes, the owners here form a Comunidad (community of owners). The annual general meeting is held in German, with simultaneous interpretation into English and Spanish. Many of the original buyers have stayed loyal to their home here to this day and spend their time here permanently or regularly – fluctuation is correspondingly low. The building has its own small library, where residents can find something to read. The pool is heated to 23°C. In the well-kept garden, sun loungers and benches offer plenty of room to relax. The large roof terrace offers fascinating views, wonderful sunsets and, in one spot, even the chance to dry your own laundry. The Boule court with its lovely view over Los Roques bay is a popular meeting point for residents. From time to time, individual residents also organise get-togethers, such as a joint restaurant outing or a paella party!
The shared areas have been renovated in recent years: the façade in 2017, and the garden, pool, corridors and lifts in 2019. As a result, the building is well maintained and in good structural condition.
